More history for you all. I wonder how many newspapers published the following press release issued on the 31st December 1970. Gee talk about burying a negative story, the US Mint revered the only great President of the USA of the 20th Century (JFK) so much they changed from striking his image in god given silver (all be it debased at 40% silver) to a base metal. No wonder they had to hide the story going into a public holiday.
